Because we want you to be successful, we'll help you in any way we can, at your convenience, for no extra cost - forever.

There are three ways to get support. The easiest way is to open a Live Chat. You can open a Live Chat from almost any page on this web site, including this one. If the button to the left says “Live Help Online”, click it to open a session. If the button says “Live Help Offline”, you’re probably reading this page outside our regular support hours, which are 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. every weekday, Eastern Standard Time. In that case, clicking the button will open a page where you can send an e-mail to support.

The second way is to call us. You can reach us at 1-603-474-1520 during the same support hours of 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The third way is to send an e-mail. E-mail us at: support@pcpropertymaster.com. We’ll answer all support questions as soon as we can. If your e-mail arrives outside our regular support hours, we’ll get back in touch with you first thing the next business day.

Training

We will train you for free at your convenience. We also have produced a series of training e-mails that we’ll send to you as soon as you join. In the meantime, call, e-mail or Live Chat with us to arrange a training session by telephone. We can’t promise we’ll be able to schedule your session for that exact time, but we’ll schedule your session as soon as possible.

If you’d like an in-person training session, we’re happy to do that as well, but we do have to charge for our time and travel expenses. The fee is $500 per day plus the cost of travel.
