Our base fee is $19.95 per month and includes management of 10 units, with as many owners, properties and users as you want. If you have more units, we charge $1 per unit for the first 15, then the price per unit goes down. Our biggest customers pay just 40 cents per unit.

Many of our customers who are professional property managers enjoy the convenience of Owner Access. With that feature, exclusive to Property Master™, your property owners can view reports about their properties on their own Internet-connected computers. That provides tremendous convenience to both owners and managers. We do charge extra for Owner Access, which is an optional feature - just $8 per property owner using the service. Most of our property manager customers roll this charge into their management fees. The property owners don't mind paying because they love the convenience.
