How it Works
Property managers can set up as many Property Master™ users as needed. Property managers can also set up sub-subscribers. Each
sub-subscriber has its own user or users, Owner or Owners, properties, tenants and more. A user belonging to a sub-subscriber can only see
records belonging to that sub-subscriber.
In this example, Elite Property Management's users (which might include a CEO, a bookkeeper, and a rental agent) can see and edit all the records for all Owners and Properties owned or managed by Elite. This includes the properties owned by James McKay and Ann Montani, but managed by Elite.
James McKay can see all records for his Owner(s) and Properties, but cannot see any of Ann Montani's records, or any of the other records managed under the Elite Property Management subscription.
Ann Montani's two users can see all the records for her Owner(s) and Properties, but cannot see any of James McKay's records, or any of the other records managed under the Elite Property Management subscription.
How to Set it Up
Setting up Owner Access in Property Master™ is easy! Start by going to the Other Tasks menu and selecting Manage Subscriptions and then Add a New Subscription. In doing so, you'll also create the first user for this sub-subscription. You can then log out and log back in with that user's information to begin setting up Owners, Properties, other users and so forth.
We charge an additional $8 for each sub-subscription to your account. Most of our property manager customers pass this charge on to their owners, who are happy to pay it because of the additional convenience they enjoy. Billing will continue to be to the credit card number entered for the original subscription. There is, of course, no charge for additional users in Property Master™. |
