more efficiently, then we would have to create it
ourselves. Property Master™ Property Management
Software is the first product of O’Brien
Grasso RE (OGRE) Software, a company formed by Brendan
O’Brien, Robert O’Brien, and Julie Grasso
based in the seacoast town of Portsmouth, NH.
Property Master™ springs from our experience of
over 34 years in rental property ownership, as
well as 15 years of software engineering and technical
project management, and six other businesses started
and managed for many years. Property Master™ is
guided by an expert team of advisors, including
numerous property investors, Realtors®, CPAs,
attorneys, and investment advisors.
